Request for Proposals: City of Joburg relaunches Property Release Programme with 11 properties

The City of Johannesburg has announced the re-establishment of its Property Release Programme with 11 properties worth R2 billion in investment value. The properties will be released to the private sector for mixed-use development across the City’s regions in a phased approach.
